Flatshares
Student shared flats are great for meeting other students and for those who want more independence. Staying in a shared flat with other students, you will have the choice between your own room or a shared room, and will share the other facilities (lounge, kitchen, bathroom…). All the flats are equipped with Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
The rooms avaliable for rent are generally simple, but always clean and comfortable. Bed linen can be provided but students are always asked to bring their own towels. Rent is paid directly to the landlord.
Studies
Self-catering and generally central, studio apartments offer quality accommodation for those looking for practicality and independence. Limited availability.
Homestay
Homestays are an alternative to flat-share accommodation.
It is possible that in some homes there may be more than one foreign student. This is ideal for students who want to rapidly improve their Spanish.
Households are selected carefully from couples with families who have common sense and parental responsibility. We ensure that families make an effort to practice English with the student. The rooms tend to be shared but it is possible to access private bedrooms at a slightly price higher. The family stay includes full board from Monday to Sunday and laundry. Students must be a minimum of 16 years old. Also, the family agrees to accompany young people on the first day to the school so that they do not encounter problems when taking transport and they learn how get home to school and vice versa

Transport Services
Pick-up service from the airport is avaliable for a small fee, Idiomas247 also offers a collection service from the airport and delivery at their new family home. We offer this service at all Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona airports either Manises, Barajas, or El Prat. The only requirement is to notify the confirmation of the flight within a minimum of 10 days in advance to ensure good service.
